Shipping Method

Unless specifically requested, all shipments to the United States, Canada and international locations are sent by Canada Post parcel post and are subject to Canada Post Parcel Delivery Standards.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking charge will apply. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the returnee.
Defective items may be returned for repair or replacement for a period of one year from the date of invoice.

Repaired or replacement items will be shipped prepaid by Technicraft Product Design, Inc.
